Can I try CHAX 11 before buying?
Yes. Start the free trial and every feature works. Checks print with a DEMO mark until you add a license.
Subscription or lifetime license?
A subscription is billed monthly or yearly and includes every update while it is active, including future major versions. A lifetime license is a one-time purchase that is yours for the life of CHAX 11.
Does each computer need a license?
Yes. Every computer that runs CHAX 11 needs its own license. In every edition, those computers can work from one shared database over your office network.
What counts as a company?
A company is a business that receives the checks you print. Its name goes on every check as the payee. Standard covers one, Professional covers two, and Enterprise has no limit. Customers who pay you are unlimited in every edition.
What if my subscription ends?
CHAX 11 stays open read-only for 30 days, so you can view and back up your records. After that it asks you to renew before you can use it again.
I own CHAX 10. Can I upgrade?
Yes. CHAX 10 owners can upgrade to CHAX 11 at a reduced price. Contact us and we will point you to the right edition.
